The owner of Padang Padang has trained in a wide variety of areas, including in a fish merchant’s and in kappo style cuisine, and uses his skill to serve Italian and casual French dishes. The menu draws from the taste of the ingredients, keeping the dishes as simple as possible. The vegetables are carefully sourced from the local area, giving customers the hospitality of the seasonal flavors of Okayama. The wines that suit the food are ordered from around the world, mainly from Italy, and you can choose from a wide line-up of around 80 types and variations.
