This izakaya for everyone welcomes you into its stylish space with bare concrete walls, serving culinary creations based on traditional Japanese food with carefully-made dashi stock. Counter seating surrounds the kitchen on the first floor, and you can watch the chef carrying out his meticulous work. There is table seating on the second floor that can accommodate large numbers of people. In addition to the izakaya menu of Japanese-based staples, the chef uses his experience working in a soba restaurant in Paris and serves cuisine with the essence of French cooking, such as Pain de Campagne for 702 yen and Caesar Salad with Potato Galettes for 778 yen. Ushi Meshi (bowl of rice and beef): 1,512 yen. This is made after you have ordered, and takes around 40 minutes to prepare.
Three Types of Sashimori: 1,512 yen. Different fish are served depending on the season
Kyushu Kuroyaki Oya/Kyushu charred chicken (with bones): 1,026 yen. As the chicken is slaughtered in the morning on the day it will be served, we recommend you eat it rare, but you can choose how you want it cooked.
