In addition to the individual dishes of their staple skirt steak and kalbi beef, they also have a larger plate at the ready – the Hishimeki 1 kg Serving for 6458 yen from the highly reputed combination platter menu. The Kiwami series, with carefully-selected finest meat is also popular, allowing you to enjoy even higher quality excellent marbled beef, including wagyu. Feast on these meats cooked in the flames of a charcoal brazier with three sauces: ponzu, garlic soy sauce, and the recommended miso-based sauce.
