These freshly-made, piping-hot soufflés are of course loved by those with a sweet tooth, but even people who normally don’t eat sweet foods will find themselves captivated after trying one of these desserts. It takes 15 minutes for a soufflé to be baked after you have placed your order. You’ll feel your heart beat as the sweet smell lightly tickles your nose and you see the exquisite sight of luxury risen from the cocotte. Make a hole in the center of the soufflé with a spoon, pour in the sauce, and take a bite as it mixes with the cooked soufflé. The moment you eat it you’ll find yourself smiling at the superb marriage of the texture, instantly melting upon your tongue, and the specially-made sauce intermingled with the soufflé. There are over 30 soufflés on the menu at any one time, and they also offer custom-made soufflé and sauce combinations, so you can have unending pleasure in choosing your dessert.(This information is as of July 2018)
