Savor “Tokushima Ramen” made with rich tonkotsu (pork bone) and soy sauce broth as well as sweet and sour pork belly. It is also known as sukiyaki-style ramen, and pairs well with white rice. Although it’s naturally delicious to eat as-is, it’s also fun to customize the taste to suit your preferences. You can select the hardness of the noodles from four levels and experiment to create your perfect ramen by adding free condiments such as garlic powder, chili pepper, red chili oil, spicy bean sprouts, and more. If you want a milder flavor, it’s recommended to add a free raw egg. For noodles, you can choose from the three varieties of regular noodles, black pepper noodles, and chili pepper noodles. In addition to Tokushima Ramen, a popular menu item with foreign tourists is the Men Oh Special with diverse toppings including roast pork, soy sauce egg, and fried onions. Ordering is easy using the ticket machine offering English and Chinese language settings at the entrance.(This information is as of June 2019)
