Unlike some restaurants, the udon noodles here aren’t delivered boiled, but are rather boiled after customer orders, thereby always quickly delicious freshness. The combination of the soft, flexible udon noodles and the dashi broth is unbelievably delectable. The signature udon offerings include the Chicken Tempura Bukkake-Udon (650 yen) that comes with large pieces of chicken and seasonal vegetable tempura which you pour sweet, soy-sauce dashi over, the Kake-Udon (300 yen) with a dashi flavored with dried sardines, and the rich Curry Udon (650 yen).There are also seasonal menu offerings such as the Tantan Udon (700 yen) with spicy miso minced meat.
