This steakhouse is located in a hotel and a quick walk from the JR Takamatsu Station and Takamatsu Port, hubs for island trips in the Setouchi region. At the counter facing the open kitchen, you can enjoy the splendid skills of the striking chefs as they prepare the abundant bounty of the Setouchi region, including Olive Beef, made from a form of rare Japanese Black Wagyu cows that are reared eating food made from olives that have had their oil extracted, as well as seafood, vegetables, and more. The experience is the epitome of teppanyaki dining that you enjoy with all the five senses, including the sizzling sound of the food grilling and the fragrant aroma tickling your nose. The ingredients are perfectly cooked to amplify their flavors and to keep all their nutrients. You’re sure to have a blissful time here from the heartfelt hospitality. Made using local seasonal vegetables such as the asparagus known as “Sanuki no Mezame” and eggplant from Mitoyo (ingredients change seasonally).
The popular Yashima full-course meal (7,130 yen) that lets you enjoy Olive Beef. Once you take a bite, your mouth will be filled with its delicious juices and rich flavor.
The Shiwaku full-course meal (10,690 yen) with main dishes of lobster and Olive Beef.
A seafood course is also available with a variety of blessings from the sea.
