“Setouchi Seaplanes” is a company that operates scenic flights over the Onomichi Channel and the Geiyo Islands including Onomichi waterway, Innoshima Island and Noshima Island that were once marauded by the pirates of the Murakami clan. A 50 minute flight will allow you to enjoy the magical sights of the Seto Inland Sea and its beautiful islands providing substantially different views to those one sees from the ground or from boats. Flights take off and land at the Bella Vista Marina on the border between the cities of Onomichi and Fukuyama. A hotdog shop located right in front of the marina sells hotdogs and drinks packed with local ingredients. The marina is developing into a leisure spot for adults where visitors can enjoy local cuisine and spectacular views of the islands that dot the Seto Inland Sea.
