This casual Italian restaurant is located in a renovated former factory building, now a stylish space with a white décor. Ensoleille’s vaunted fresh pasta has been created by a well-established noodle-maker on Awaji Island through trial and error, and carries both the taste of umami and the original flavor of the wheat : enjoy the slightly firm, bouncy texture.
